2024-25 Activity Fee Information
Activity fees are due before the first practice. No participation or games until the fee is paid.
To receive a waiver for a reduction in activity fees, a student must show authorized verification of participation in the reduced lunch program and pay the reduced fee before an activity receipt is issued. Other special circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A waiver application is available online or at the Middle School Office or District 318 Activity Office (GRHS).

Waiver/Free Lunch Program,participant will pay:
$35.00 (Category I)
$25 (Category I)
$25.00 (CategoryII)
Waiver/Reduced Lunch Program, participant will pay:
$55.00 (Category I)
$40 (Category I)
$40.00 (Category II)
Coaches do not collect fees or papers.
Refunds
A refund form must be filled out and returned to any of the above-listed offices. Refunds will be pro-rated based on the time of participation. Refunds will be made for the following reasons ONLY:
1. Injury
2. Moving out of the school district.
3. Cut from the squad by coaches for OTHER than discipline reasons.
Refunds will not be made to those who quit or are dismissed from
the squad for discipline or rule violations.
