Thunderhawk Sports Registration Requirements

2023-24 (7th-8th Grades Only)

You must complete the following the first time you

Participate in Thunderhawk Athletics each school year.

1.)  Physical Exam:

All incoming 7th graders MUST have a new MSHSL Sports Qualifying Physical.

The physical is valid for 3 calendar years.


ALL PHYSICALS MUST BE ON THE MSHSL

All the above must be completed before the athlete can begin to practice

Once your Online Registration is completed, the student's name will appear on the Approved List.

 Registration fee for 7th-8th middle school sports is $180.

   2023-24 Activity Fee Information

Activity fees are due before the first practice. No participation or games until the fee is paid.

To receive a waiver for a reduction in activity fees, a student must show authorized verification of participation in the reduced lunch program and pay the reduced fee before an activity receipt is issued. Other special circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A waiver application is available online or at the Middle School Office or District 318 Activity Office (GRHS).

Coaches do not collect fees or papers.

Refunds

A refund form must be filled out and returned to any of the above-listed offices. Refunds will be pro-rated based on the time of participation. Refunds will be made for the following reasons ONLY:

            1. Injury

            2. Moving out of the school district.

            3. Cut from the squad by coaches for OTHER than discipline reasons.


Refunds will not be made to those who quit or are dismissed from

the squad for discipline or rule violations.
